The story of Ernesto Che Guevara

The Cuban Revolutionary Che Guevara was born in Rosario Argentina in a middle class family. Right from an early age he was interested in Marxist ideals. He enrolled to be a doctor but left it to travel. The sight of the majority of the people in South America moved him and he went back to complete his course in medicine so that he could help the down trodden. But as years passed by and his travels took him to different parts of South America he came to the conclusion that radical leftist and revolutionary ideas alone would help in the liberation of the South American people. The Middle Age The fall of the Roman Empire marked the beginning of a new age in the history of Europe and most historians refer to it as the Dark Ages or the Middle Age. The name Dark Age was given by the Italian scholar and poet Petrarch as during this time he felt Latin literature and art were declining. This has come under question as the name is used to denote the period from5th to 10th centuries where there were intermittent periods of intellectual advance and periods of lull. The Vietnam War

The Vietnam War was the longest war that the USA was involved in. Vietnam is a nation in South East Asia bordering the Indonesian peninsula. During the First World War the Japanese attacked it and wanting to free itself from the French colonial power and Japan HO Chi Minh inspired by communist ideals set up the Viet Minh or League of independence for Vietnam. Japan lost the war and backed out of Vietnam. Seizing this opportunity Ho Chi Minh wanted to set up a government independent of other countries. Emperor Bao Dai was in control of Vietnam at this time.
